Apartamenos Otorongo started on 1993 by Dolores Carrasco, as one of the very first Apart hotel in Cuenca. She meant to transform the impersonal traditional hotel service way , with a family a homely cozy way. Two decades later that service legacy had stay in his son and wife, they live in the property, and honor the tradition of making feel the guest as family members.
